Haley Finlay graduated from Mount Royal University's massage therapy program in 2017. The techniques she is trained in include deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and relaxation. In order to improve her clients' overall well-being, she finds and uses the most appropriate techniques for each of their goals. She is also an advanced orthopaedic massage therapist who helps with rehabilitation of muscles and soft tissues surrounding joints. Haley enjoys running, hiking, yoga, and skiing in her free time. She enjoys helping her clients regain and maintain a healthy, pain-free lifestyle.
