With a background in Kinesiology, Jody began pursuing her passion for Massage Therapy in 2014 when she began studying at Vicars School of Massage Therapy, earning her Registered Massage Therapist accreditation in 2016. For Jody, each client has a unique story and experience, and she prioritizes identifying all potential contributing factors to their discomfort or pain. By listening attentively to her clients' concerns, she can customize treatments using a combination of relaxation, therapeutic, and fascial techniques to help them achieve their goals. A lifelong learner, Jody is always seeking to broaden her professional development in massage therapy and other areas of her life. When she's not in the office, she can often be found exploring nature with her furry companion or participating in recreational sports.
