Registered Massage Therapist

Nav is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program in Calgary, Alberta. Before moving to Calgary in 2013, she worked as a Massage Therapist in London, UK. Nav enjoys being a Massage Therapist as much as she enjoys being a mother of two children. Besides Therapeutic Massage, she has been trained in Deep Tissue Massage, Pre & Postnatal Massage, Cupping Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Relaxation Massage, and soft tissue injuries of the neck, shoulders, and hips. Having a deep understanding of the human body and its ability to heal, she has a great respect for it. Clients often describe me as having magical hands!
